Refund Policy

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once billing for a period has been processed, except where required by law or expressly approved after review.

Submit a support ticket or contact customer service with your account email, receipt/order ID, and reason for request. Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 30 days of the charge date.

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case, including account usage, transaction status, and any fraud or policy concerns. If approved, refunds are issued through the original payment method and timing depends on banking networks.

Billing disputes may also be raised through SecureGlobalPay using the details shown on your billing statement and checkout receipt. Filing duplicate requests through multiple channels can delay resolution.
